Ripcoil, by Sanzaru Games is another in a long line of VR games that seem to be going for the Discs of Tron vibe. The basic formula is that two players are on opposite ends of an arena, hurling spinning discs at the other players goal, hoping to score points. The interesting idea that Sanzaru has come up with for movement, is that you're floating on a moving platform that can sense your lean similar to a Segway. Except instead of going forward or backward, you're moving from side to side. This movement method might seem a bit uncomfortable at first, but as you get used to it, you'll probably be sliding back and forth like an experienced ice skater. This game is rather simple when you get down to it, but it can still be very fun if you're matched up with another friendly VR gamer.
