I have to be completely honest and admit that my hopes weren't exactly through the roof with this game when it first arrived on PlayStation VR. However, I'm happy to report that I was thoroughly impressed with the game. The best aspect of Paper Beast is the atmosphere and the vibe that developer Pixel Reef brought to life was most impressive. Some of the scenes and scenarios are quite breathtaking. I also thought many of the puzzles were clever and unique. The biggest downsides to the game are the short length and sometimes disappointing graphics.  The PC-VR version should remove the graphic problems from the PSVR version if Pixel Reef put in the work. The game is also a slow-starter. It takes some time to see the true brilliance.
