In these early days of VR, we are blessed to have several high quality RPG type games. Vanishing Realms and The Mage's Tale are easily two of the better action RPG's you can find, but Karnage Chronicles could potentially best even those heavy hitters. Yes, Karnage Chronicles has an opportunity to be even better than those two outstanding games. However, right now, the amount of content included isn't enough to put it into that category. Nordic Trolls continues to work on this game, and they have grand plans of adding so much more, and when they do, you can expect our 86 rating to rise considerably. The melee combat is sublime, once you learn how to block effectively with you shield. It's the same with your sword swipes. You have to get a feel for how to best attack the various enemies, but when you do, you'll have an absolute blast with this dungeon crawler.
