Turtle Rock Studios is primarily known as the developer of the Left 4 Dead series, but they've also been dipping their toes in VR waters recently. They've released Face Your Fears on both the Rift and Go, and have several Gear VR games like The Well, Other Worlds and Blade Runner 2049: Replicant Pursuit. At GDC 2019, their biggest VR game to date was unveiled, Journey of the Gods. If you've ever imagined what a first person Zelda game could look like in VR, well, this is about as close as we're going to get for the immediate future. We'll be journeying through a a primordial landscape unlocking ancient powers and battling various foes as we collect items and earn valuable upgrades. The Oculus Rift version is expected to arrive later this year.
