One of the best way's to describe what A-10 VR delivers is to think about Space Pirate Trainer. A-10 VR is kind of a "Poor Man's" Space Pirate Trainer. You stand in small area shooting at waves of flying enemies that circle around you. The big difference with A-10 VR is that the flying enemies that attack you come out of space portals. You're constantly turning in various directions, trying to find out if any enemies have come out of a portal without you knowing it. I honestly think this game is an outstanding value for $5. There is nothing earth shattering about this game, but it's still a very solid wave-shooter to spend an afternoon with.
